When an athlete breaks down due to injury one of the first things that gets said, is that their workloads were way too high. What we do know now is that high workloads can protect athletes against injury as long as they get there safely. This symposium provides facts around the workload injury debate and will also help coaches, sports scientists, and strength conditioning staff, prepare athletes for the most demanding passages of play and to get them there as safely as possible.
